Laser Cutting Services
Laser cutting reduces the cost of tooling for short run jobs. It also keeps costs down on prototypes, by eliminating the need for blanking and piercing tools. Our 1,500 watt laser produces parts with virtually no distortion. Our CAD system can work with your pdf or dxf files to simplify the programming process.
Our laser machine has the capability to cut cold roll steel up to 1/4" thick. Our presses can also accommodate material up to 1/4" thick, which allows us to perform any secondary operations on the parts in-house.
On Aluminum and Stainless Steel, our laser has the capability to cut material up to 3/16" thick. We have the ability to cut parts that are oxide-free, which can then be plated or welded without the need for additional operations.
We also have the capability to offer rapid prototyping for parts up to 4 ft. x 6 ft.
