Metal Stamping
TNT Industries specializes in short to medium run metal stamping from 50 to 200,000 pieces. Our press room is equipped with punch presses ranging in size from 10 to 88 tons, shears, press brakes, hydraulic presses and lead screw tapping machines.
Material
To allow for quicker turn-around, we stock commerical quality cold rolled steel sheets in thickness ranging from .015 to .134. We also work with stainless steel, aluminum, copper, bronze, annealed spring steel and brass.
Air & Servo Feeds
We utilize air or servo feeds with coils to blank on runs as low as 3,000 pieces. This provides a more accurate blank and helps reduce piece price. In addition, we also run simple progressive dies that blank and pierce in one operation. This, again, helps reduce piece price by eliminating a secondary operation and also provides a more accurate part. Our tool room can work with you to design a progressive die.
Drawing Capabilities
TNT also stocks drawing quality cold roll steel in thicknesses up to .134. We have the capability to draw parts from 1-3" deep.
